What does ADHD feel like? There is no single right answer to this question because ADHD is always experienced individually. That’s why FULL ADHD is so much more than just one story. It’s a visual novel packed with different kinds of experiences. In the branched storyline of this choice-based narrative, you seek to influence the direction in which life with ADHD takes you.
Starting your studies, growing independent, working a side job, falling in love, making new friends, and arriving in new situations with your unique mindset! The life of a young adult is filled with opportunities and challenges. Adjusting to it can be difficult for anyone, especially with ADHD! Everyday life with ADHD is full of challenges, drama, strong emotions, and humour.
This app was developed with expert knowledge from ADHD specialist psychiatrists and in collaboration with Takeda, the Finnish ADHD Patient Association, and people sharing their own experiences of ADHD.
In addition to the playable story, the app has a comprehensive in-app info library that provides further insight into the themes presented in the app. You can also take an ADHD quiz and find out how much you really know about ADHD.
